State Domicile is operated by Three Grey Hairs LLC. This notice covers the information the site collects while it operates as a pre-launch landing page; it will be expanded when the calculator itself is live.

What we collect

• Waitlist email addresses.If you submit an email to be notified at launch, we store the address, the timestamp, and the IP address of the submission. That’s it.
• Basic server logs.Our hosting provider (Vercel) records the standard request fields — IP, user agent, timestamp, path — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained per Vercel’s standard policy.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. It collects only aggregate page-view counts and referrer categories.

What we do with it

Waitlist emails are used for one purpose: a single notification email when the calculator launches. We will not add you to a general newsletter. We will not send you promotional messages from Three Grey Hairs LLC’s other products unless you separately opt in.

Waitlist storage is provided by Resend. You can unsubscribe from the unsubscribe link included in the launch email, at which point your address is removed.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell email addresses.
• We do not share them with affiliates or partners.
• We do not use tracking pixels, cross-site cookies, or third-party advertising trackers.
